Returns & Refund Policy

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

At World of Yūgen, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. In order to guarantee a high quality product, we ask you to inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. When contacting us about a quality issue, please include a photo which clearly shows the defect. That way, we can ensure a fast and smooth process to make sure your experience at World of Yūgen was amazing. 

REFUNDS AND SIZE SWAPS

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. Of course, you have the possibility to try on the item and check if the size fits you.

We highly recommend having this parcel sent back on a tracked service and retaining this tracking information so you can follow the parcel back to our warehouse:

Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order (if you do not have one, you can download a returns form here).

Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined in our returns and guidelines which you can find below.

Please ensure you mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products. If this is the case, this is clearly stated on the individual product page.

RETURNS TERMS AND GUIDELINES

  • All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed. If you have forgotten to include your returns form, please contact info@worldofyugen.com
  • We also accept the return of sale items, please just follow our normal returns procedure for these.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured postal service.
  • World of Yūgen is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
